I'm jealous of the bench.I know that @BobClay sits there just waiting for updates, so I thought he might be interested to see that all the recent clippings have been turned in now.

It was meant to be part of a multi-bench assembly for school use, so the legs aren't very solid - also it's a little bit low.
So, I may use it to make a better leg arrangement at some point.

So, I've finished off the shelving project - I installed the lower pair of uprights, obtained a few more brackets and replaced the temporary shelves with 'proper' ones, made from 18mm shuttering ply.Three shelves installed, with infrequently needed and seasonal items stowed, releasing more accessible storage for alternative uses.

Apart from the top shelf, the others needed to be 11" deep, to act as a stop for the side door as it engages the automatic catch, and just short of four feet long to not obstruct the main doors - so they made efficient us of an 8' x 4' sheet.
