What is being built behind Asda, on Riverway?

Just next to the river off Riverway there's what appears to be either an office building or an apartment building going up, the signs along the side of the construction site don't indicate what it might be. This is where I mean:

Does anyone know what it is?

Think it is the new office buildings for Entrust, plus there is also a retirement home going on there at the other end of the site by Lammascote Road I believe.

Its not the dickheads with the diggers and chainsaws who are to blame, theyre just doing what theyre told to. Its the bosses who know there are presevation orders but want them out of the way and are willing to take the miniscule fine in order to squeeze anothe couple of houses etc on.

Given how much was invested into the Kingston Centre half a mile down the road does seem to be a massive waste of money. Virtually all the 'services' they offer were once in-house SCC sections, now within the private sector, enabling them to trade freely.
