What's for dinner/tea?

No lunch here either, got carried away with garden shiz.
Chicken breasts (Mrs T doesn't 'do' thigh meat) in Nando's sauce with Ras el Hanout sweet potato wedges.
Into the Nando's medium heat Peri Peri sauce at the moment.

1 of the youngests personal favourites this evening. Turkey roast. Along with mash potatoes and yorkie puds. And a large dollop of carrot and swede mash for me, Not everyones cup of tea, but it's sumat he's loved since a baby, and it's a guarantee he will eat every bit.
Also makes a change from the days where I would cook for 6 people and have to do 5 different meals.

Some random assortment of bbq pork & veg with rice.

I'd rather be having @Glam s tea!

I always ask youngest what he'd like for tea. I'll eat most things but he's always been a fussy sod.
Int like when I was a kid, eat or go hungry, I've always swore none of mine would ever have that choice.

I'm not that nice, only occasionally does the minime have something that were not having.... But I'm lucky, she likes most things I make.... Except pork, no ones told her it's pork covered in bbq sauce tonight, I'm hoping she'll think its chicken.... :P

It's only because I know what it's like to go bed starving. Dad would eat literally anything put in front of him, and he expected us kids be the same. If any of us questioned what was on our plates, his fork would shoot across and get it before Mum could answer.
Hence why I was so soft with my own kids. Even if they only had toast before bed, they weren't going go sleep hungry.

Yesterday after a big breakfast we were stuffed all day so we just nibbled in cheese, biscuits and salad stuff.
Good job that was the plan because with the power cut we wouldn’t have been able to cook anything anyway.

Today was roasted cod, Mediterranean vegetables and mashed potatoes.
