Recipe please!

Finely dice and fry one white onion until brown
Add half a punnet of finely chopped mushrooms (I use chestnut but white is fine) until brown and the moisture has gone.

Add into a blender with:
Tin of black beans
A pack of precooked beetroot
Tsp paprika
Tsp of chilli powder
Tsp of cumin seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

Blitz!

Mix makes 4 burgers (freezes well) if the mix is a bit wet use breadcrumbs to help shape!

I top with avocado and jalapenos!

When you’ve shaped the burgers do you fry them or cook in the oven?

Salt & pepper chips (extra garlic & chilli)
Chicken in hot chilli sauce
Crispy chicken in Peking sauce
Salt & pepper Crispy chicken
Egg fried rice
Extra portion of bbq sauce
Veg mini rolls.

I'm a chav and I don't care, this is the first meal I've fancied in about 6 weeks, fingers crossed when it gets here I can eat it all. (it's not all for me, it's for 3 of us)
