Tonights calorie laden burnt offering is, Tuna Pasta Bake. Haven't done one for a while, and to be honest. I'm getting sick of takeaways. It's so easy to order one when I wake up after doing a night shift. I won't lie, I had a Zinger Stacker from KFC last night, but I'd been working the night before. Tonights will last 2 days, hopefully.
I have 2 more nights to do, then I have 10 days off. Can't come quick enough.

Went down to Milford Cricket Club where Wat Wok were set up. Had a lovely Massamam and Pad Kra Pow. Forgot to get spring rolls though.

Hmmmm. The Carer has taken charge & apparently we're having Arroy Thai for tea.... He assures me that it won't contain corrinader (the main reason I don't like anything but red Thai curry) fingers crossed as I have no idea what's being delivered.

The whole lot was delicious, I'll defiantly order again. I've always been scared of ordering Thai as it seemed to contain so much corrinader, that I hate...... The Carer was right for once....
