Spaghetti Bolognese. Spur of the moment meal, all eaten by myself and The Great Unwashed Jesus Looking Thing from the Back Bedroom. I forgot garlic bread though.

Went posh tonight, fillet steak (two good sized pieces each) home made peppercorn sauce, buttered new taters, fried mushrooms and onions. Followed by rum bananas and ice cream.

Lamb in red wine sauce, roast potatoes & carrots, cauli cheese & delicious red wine gravy

Sticky Chinese chicken thighs, Greek potatoes & roasted buttered corn cobs....no calories in that at all.....

Home-made french bread pizza for tea with chorizo, onion, pineapple and jalapenos with a BBQ, garlic and tomato base topped with lashings of cheese

I have no appetite, had none for days. Doing wonders for the diet.

Oven teas tonight as everyone's working late, except me

I did a mixed grill of sorts, none was grilled but roasted. He had - Pork steak, Chicked breast. Turkey breasts, Gammon and 2 really lovely fried eggs.
I just had the chicken and a couple of Pork steaks. and an egg. Alongside a hearty squirt of Daddies brown sauce.
Had a can of Ginger beer earlier, felt sick as a dog since. It hasn't agreed with me.
