The carer made lamb curry patties, with side salad.

I've git the cold/flu from hell, so just had a solero to soothe my sore throat...also treating the sore throat with g&t, medicinal purposes only of course.

I have also made a Pasta Bake, but someone slept far too long to be able to enjoy it before work. So we'll have it tmrw instead.

Vietnamese pork, pac choi & mangetout stir-fry with rice (care of simply cook again)

And a side of Hello-mi rolls, very nice, although I oven baked them, not deep fried as suggested.

Really nice they always give you a meat version & a veggie version, they sell them in Tesco too which is a bonus, but our Tesco has a limited choice.

Great if you want to try some new things, the red lentil & squash curry is my favourite, 2nd is Vietnamese pork.

Simply cook Bombay biryani tonight for us, looks way to much for two though.

I don't know what I'll do if/when youngest moves out. He's offski for tea with his Dad tonight, so I've had a lonely mug shot for one. I don't cook when he isn't here. Mainly sumat on toast, like Baked Beans. As lovely as they are, it gets boring after a while.
When I left his Dad, I lost over 3 stone in just a couple of months. I was just eating rubbish. Nice as it was, it weren't healthy.

Yes, I had a sad fishcake & peri chips for lunch at 2pm as it's my evening at work, so I'll be starving when I get home at 10.30pm 😞

Just need to change eating habits around the shifts.
When I were down t'pit on the back shift I used to get home at about 22:40 and there was always a proper dinner waiting for me as if it were a normal worker's teatime 18:00 ish.
