That looks really niceSo for tonight's tea I made Greek Chicken Gyros. Marinated the chicken in garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, dried oregano and Greek yogurt. Then cook on a griddle or in a hot pan.
I also made flatbreads and a Greek salad with an olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mint dressing and home made Tzaziki dip.View attachment 8788

I half-heard a bit on the radio today about some sort of recipe.Red Thai Chicken Curry, using red Thai paste and coconut milk (you can tell I'm cooking after a 5.30am get up for work) I added onions, baby corn and mangtout, and we had this with plain rice.
I never can find a authentic Thai side dish, any suggestions?
BBQ. Wrong night for it but nice to have a socially distant evening with a few friends. Thank goodness for our carport that can't store any cars to keep us dry.
I didn't have a party. I just had some friends in the garden.
