The list is very unlikely to get shorter. If it did, then the life insurance industry would be completely shagged..

Always best to hedge your bets - of course, I suppose that the list could get shorter, if people's names were removed from it, perhaps because they were no longer celebrated enough..

Brian Hanrahan has died after a short illness - cancer. Only 61, much too young. He coined the phrase during the Faulklands War "I counted them all out and I counted them all back in again" - about fighter planes to get round an MOD directive not to give out certain info. RIP

Most iconic news piece of the entire war. He leaves us in the same year as those famous Harriers from that war!
