Need the kitchen window replacing at some point, who's best to do it. Can I call someone like target windows out to just replace the one or will they do me the whole you need em all doing bs.

I just want the one doing. One coz it's faulty, the top glass has failed, and two because I want a different designed window there.

Also how do you go about it, do they come out and asses it and show you the designs , or do I just buy one myself from somewhere, and get them to fit ?

We've used SGS on Astonfields in the past for our Stafford house. Also used another one on Astonfields . Got the two mixed up , but ended up using both over the years. (Rang the one beforehand and went to the other by mistake 😂).

Target in Stone did our bay windows. But when we called in a few years later ,when wanting just one door done ,they were a bit off hand and didn't seem to want just the smaller job. So we drove to one on Astonfields on the way back and they were quite happy to do just one door. (Ended up getting lots more business off us afterwards as well.)

I've thrown away all the details of our Stafford Window / door fittings now since moving.

We didn't buy ours ourselves , we ordered through them . Chose the ones we wanted from brochures/ showroom and they came out , measured up and sent quote .

Also had just a couple of panes replaced by one company . They again came out , measured up and quoted.

We just rang and asked their procedures most of the time and they took it from there.

We've always used JayBees in Cannock, for new glass but they do frames too. They're great.

Target Windows were happy to replace just the bay window in our living room. Did a very good job as well.

Must say that the bay windows fitted by Target were the best quality and best looking windows of the whole house . That's why we drove up to Stone expecting to get the door off them as well. Sales bloke in the showroom at the time just wasn't interested. Must have been having an off day, but put us off using them again.

Target have great after sales service too in my experience.
We never got to experience their after sales service as we had no problem with their front bay windows . Think they were the main selling point of the house.

When I lived in Stafford, Target did the whole house, when I had a problem with a sagging window several years later, they came out a couple of days after contacting them and adjusted the hinges with no quibbling at all and adjusted the door hinges too to correct a problem I hadn't even noticed.

Spouting nonsense since the day I learned to talk
I used Winter Warmth on Astonfields for my three front windows, then again for a new back door and for a third time when I needed my kitchen window replacing. All work was done quickly and to a high standard.
