I would not want to put someone out of a job but actually it's 3 gullies completely full. One has vegetation growing out of itFogmyOwl
Alternatively get off your ass and rake it off yasen
The council would probably take you to court for messing with it.FogmyOwl

No good deed goes unpunished.

I've got a bin by my house, however, it would appear easier for people to dump their rubbish in my garden than use the bin. I don't know what it is about Stafford but the amount of litter is obscene, it's not the council that litters but it peeves me how little the council prosecutes seeing as people evidently merrily dump their detritus at their feet rather than use a bin, and that's just wrappers. Then there is there is the chuddy and the dog doo, ugh yuck!!!Good luck with that one, they couldn't be bothered to come out in the first place probably ! and if they did the drains wouldn't get blocked up like they do, like they can't be bothered to pick the litter up in the streets or place bins along them, as it may upset the neighbours having a bin outside their house. See you got me stated now

@John Marwood but wouldn't the town be a more beautiful and nicer place to be! Surely it would be worth the money.
When I've been away I actually notice how clean places are and although it's nice to come home I'm always struck how grubby and full of rubbish the streets of Stafford are.
Should you ever have the misfortune to venture to Bloxwich, or the nearby idyllically named estate of Beechdale, you will see what litter in large quantities really looks like.I don't know what it is about Stafford but the amount of litter is obscene
