Widespread vandalism at Wildwood

Well I thought it was when I saw that loads of grass had been poisoned and turned brown, even the lower leaves of my hedge. But its all around the estate, anywhere grass is against a wall, lamppost, trees. So I guess its council COST cutting by killing the grass so it does not have to be cut. Well it's COST them my vote, pratts.

Sounds like a subcontractor has gone a bit gung ho with the weedkiller. Make a formal complaint.

They have done this round our way the past couple of years. I can to a certain extent understand it, but I'm not convinced by the execution.

Enjoying a drop of red.
It's all in the name of cost cutting. If we are all happy for our council tax not to go up, something has to give.

A rather nice piece of privately owned lawn in Cresswell has also been attacked in this manner. I am endeavouring to get them to avoid spending our taxes on killing it next year - but, I fear that it's knackered for this year now.
