I nearly asked the same question lol.

We here stafford forumites are quite sceptical about these things. From how your advert is worded I wouldn't expect much response. The lack of info would be seen by many as this being some kind of scam.

If it isn't, provide some realistic information on the product, realistic earning potential, etc etc.
I'm always keen to hear about these things, so i'm hoping it doesn't start off with "up front fees" of any nature otherwise I'll be the first to dissapear from the thread ;)

that's why people are taking the mick tbh.. it's generally frowned upon to sign up and then post an advert as your first (and only) post! a standard "out of the box" thing that isn't even personalised just makes it even worse lol..

although i would like to Be Part Of A Winning Team™ :haw:

TBH in this climate I say good luck with any venture that makes you a few quid. We are all very sceptical here though, and predominately lazy ;)

don't get the wrong idea - have a look round here and you will see that this place is massively supportive of local business and independent tradesmen..

it's just not good form to sign-up and straight away make a post pimping your wares! take time to post in the other threads so people get to know you first and stuff, then they will be more inclined to take an interest in your business venture!

so we can all make some extra money and improve the enviroment for ourselfs and our children at the same time
do you drive a prius? :teef:

Don't take this the wrong way, but posting the same message to loads of people is known as spamming them!

Seriously, your business looks like a great idea!

Hi Gaza1, welcome to Stafford Forum. :)

As others have pointed out, it is considered poor forum etiquette (not just here, on all Internet forums) to post an advert as your first post. It generally riles up the more devoted users, and is seen as just an opportunity to exploit the forum for one's own purposes.

If you take your time to get to know everyone, and contribute in some other threads, you will find people react a lot more positively when you mention something you are personally invested in!

As the elusive Mr X says, deliberately posting the same thing to multiple forums is the very definition of Internet spam, and you don't want to get a reputation for that! ;)

Have fun. :)
