Just to let you know we have some end of range special offers on at the moment. All the flooring we sell is either solid oak or european engineered oak!

The offer we have at present is for engineered oak flooring unfinished and prefinished. Both are offered at £19.99 m2. These usually retail around the £25 m2 mark.

We have a showroom where you can look before you buy and if you want it fitting we can provide a quotation for you.

Its limited stock and once its gone we wont be having any more of that range.

These offers have only just come on this morning, we havent yet advertised it in the usual places because we thought it would be good to offer it stafford forum members first.

Hello - looks a good price. We already have real wooden floors in our home and they are beautiful but get scuffed very easily. They were already in when we moved in therefore never had a idea of how to look after them properly. I really could do without having to wax and polish them as they are in the whole downstairs of our house which is a pretty big area.

Do you have any suggestions on how to clean and maintain them easily? Do you offer anything in terms of maintenance and suggest a protective layer?

Yes its a good price we had some forumites up yesterday. we do have limited stock as its an end of range.

We cant advise you on your flooring as it all depends on what finish you have on at the moment, ie wax, lacquer, oil wax etc.

Thankyou its lovely to get mentioned. If anyone is still interested the special offer (£19.99) is still on although around half of it has now sold, theres still time & plenty enough m2 to do a few rooms. In addition we have unfinished in either sanded or brushed at the same price and ready to go again this is end of range so limited.

What are the board widths? We had some unfinished oak flooring off you about 14 months ago, the boards are at least 150mm wide at a guess and quite rustic. Laquered it when down and I've yet to see any oak floor that looks anywhere near as nice IMO.

They are all 148mm, one is prefinished but the other two are unfinished. We have both sanded or brushed in the unfinished and i must say the brushed is beautiful. All are end of lines and we just need to clearout ready for new stock.
