Late News just in:

Apparently Nick Paine has refused the Hussier permission to enter his land and/or buildings twice since the above case went against him.

My sources are unsure as to whether he can actually block the hussier or whether it goes back to court for the hussier to gain extra powers to gain access to his land and/or house.

Can't force entry into residential premises only business premises over here so possibly the same over there.

A further update from my source/s.

Apparently said person consolidated all his debts against his company, which he then dissolved. Apparently in France the debt collectors (Hussier) can directly access bank accounts, but to no-one's surprise, said persons account was, and is still empty.

Apparently he has at least 3 court orders against him and/or his company. One assumes he is going to make no effort to pay them, and with the Hussier getting no where, the situation is rapidly approaching stalemate.

Been a while on this subject, but its just come to my attention that the subject of this subject(!) is up to his old tricks again.

Apparently, not content with making claims against certain french hospitals for allegedly bad treatment for his poorly back - not that that stops him playing golf or cricket, he has set up another company in France to rip off poor unsuspecting clients.

However, this time the company isn't in his name - its allegedly in his sons name - although said son is at a Uni somewhere in the UK!!

A little more digging is in the offing.

Also an aside - said person was in a regional French newspaper way back in 2019 bemoaning the fact that Brexit was happening and stating that he was going for French Citizenship! - good luck with that 'mon ami'!
