Woodwork project - help needed!

Well, yet again I have taken on something I thought would be easy and given up before I've started.

I'm trying to make some light up LOVE letters for weddings. I've had the actual flat letters machine cut from 9mm Foamex (for all intent purposes this can be drilled, screwed etc like MDF). I have also had cut several lengths of 9mm thick MDF at a width of 150mm - which now needs cutting to the necessary lengths and somehow attaching to the letters to box them in.

What I have is this...

And what I need to end up with is similar to this

Is there any keen woodworkers that would take this on (for a fee, of course)?

TIA

I would recommend using something like mitre mate to join the pieces then just pilot/countersink from the rear and pop in a few screws. If its what I think it is screws alone may not hold that well.

I'm preferrably looking for someone who enjoys this kind of thing to do it for me on a paid basis. I'm useless with this sort of stuff. ;)

Just my two pence, but I cannot believe that amount of businesses that are offering these letters for hire! You've got some competition!

I have no competition at all actually, the way I intend to do this is to offer them as a "throw in" for people that hire my party print package as an incentive to book that. As they can cost £100 to £200 to hire out (yes really), I hope that people will see this as a massive incentive for booking with me rather than anyone else. After all, everyone likes something for nothing, right? ;)
