No power at all here or for miles about, as far as I can see. Lights flickered for about an hour then...nothing.

Always worth some headgear when investigating such events - especially in the dark - you won't see it coming and your inert form may not be noticed for a while....
Choc-a-block with stuff , hopefully with it all weighing the shed down I might at least have some sort of shed left in the morning (or maybe all the stuff I wanted to get rid of, but hubby insists 'might come in useful sometime', might do a disappearing act after taking off across the estate..Oh noo! Have you got much in there? Last time we had serious gales our trampoline came hurling accross the garden into the bricks of the house narrowly missing the patio window, pretty good job as I was rooted to the spot watching through said patio window
