Well, the possibility exists but if my numbers come up tonight, I will have serious business to attend to that may take some while.

I'm going try to lose weight this month - my goal is 7 lbs- not over ambitious and i made a start ystday and today with half an hour on my exercise bike and 10 mins on my rowing machine, I'm going to build up to longer times but as i have got so fat its very difficult to start.
Had toast for breakfast and will be having nice healthy turkey and veg for tea. If i put my goal on the forum and i see it in print it might help me actually achieve it - i need all the help i can get so anyone willing to provide motivation and support it will be very welcome.
I think 7 pounds is achievabl, it's the eating less and moving more that is the problem - i'm usually out in the garden but with all the rain i feel like i'm in a weather prison
Could you borrow a dog to walk?I think 7 pounds is achievabl, it's the eating less and moving more that is the problem - i'm usually out in the garden but with all the rain i feel like i'm in a weather prison
Or maybe kidnap a passing pensioner that you can take out for an airing now and again.Could you borrow a dog to walk?
Spent 30 mins exercising today - squats - leg raises and rowing machine lost 2 Ibs since Sunday - had salad for tea (i don't really like it) would much prefer a goodfella garlic pizza I'm drooling even thinking about it.@arthur sounds like you've made a good start! I'm desperate to start building back some level of fitness but my ankle is holding me back. Perhaps you could post the time you've spent on each bit of equipment and your weight loss so we can all give a little with each success!
And i resisted the temptation to buy a bottle of wine but it was very very very difficult to walk out of the shop without one

But 2 lbs is a start.
Just remember. .. broken biscuits have no calories
I didn't do very well tonight - saw a bag of sweet popcorn at the shops - brought it - ate the lot.- went of the rowoing machine for 100 strokes and that eased the guilt a bit@arthur sounds like you've made a good start!
