It has taken this thread slightly less time to get to 1,000 pages than it took to get from JFK saying "We're going to the Moon" to Neil saying "We're there!".

How is it you can listen to Eddie and the Hot Rods and it still sounds current , but in 1978 if you'd listened to summat from 1938 it would have/of sounded ancient

20 posts to a page.

It matters not whether the post looks like this -

.

Or looks like this -

Well today was an interesting one because blah blah blah

blah, blah

blah, blah, blah

blah blah blah blah

blah, blah.

Doesn't matter whether it's chock full of pictures, or videos, or either of the aforementioned featuring Jacob Rees Mogg looking like the complete and utter barstard that he is.

Either way it's always 20 posts to a page.

May i take this opportunity to toot in honour of this wonderful page?

No?

Well f**k you, ima gonna :toot: anyway.

Clearly you have yet to watch the 6 part series Gone Fishing with Paul Whitehouse and Bob Mortimer

It may not be a cure but it sure is good medicine

Car has passed the MOT at the second go.

It initially failed on a dim brake light? Not sure how you get a dim brake light though.

It also failed on marks on the windscreen where the Satnav had been stuck on? Does this mean it is illegal when the Satnav is actually in that position as well then?

Evaporating filament can condense on the glass, greatly reducing the light output, and/or a dodgy connection.

It would be OK when the sat-nav is there, because you can't see the mark? :|

After being harassed three times, whilst out shopping, by the same couple about my electric supplier I eventually stopped and said "I run an 60m extension lead from my neighbours garden shed but please don't tell him".

Apparently it is not only dangerous but it is illegal or so I was informed.

"Beats any comparison site though doesn't it" I chortled whilst walking away.

Speak for yourself granddad. I've set my Spotify only to play tunes that haven't been created yet. :rimshot::slayer::bananarock::sing:

I think I need to learn plastering so when things like this happen. IMG-20180730-WA0008.jpg
I don't need to get creative to fix it. IMG_20180730_164950.jpg
