'Black' in Italian, but 'water' in Greek.I always assumed it was 'black coffee' and the pigeons just provided the topping

I like it. My favourite place for coffee and meetings in town. Shame I can't spell it though...

I like Nero, better coffee than costa
but both are much better than Starbucks.
Some sort of garage, it has been discussed quite a bit on here in recent months.
Bit buildings sites ( which is now what it is) tend to be untidy, but at least it is going to be something by completion.
Most untidy building for me is the old job centre further up. Vandalised and graffiti on it that is beyond belief.
The entrance door was off its hinges a couple of weeks ago so some have gained entry to it and is an arson attack waiting to happen which will eat into local resources.
12 months ago when it was in reasonable condition I witnessed attempted vandalism.
Police didn't care. I raised the matter with millar sandy that the landlord may want to secure the site, I copied in the local councillor ( who did not respond).
Millar sandy did state they would look into it....nothing has been done and look at it now.
Local councils are quick to fine landlords and home owners who let properties become a mess.
What about inconsiderate business landlords.

Sounds like a sound basis for a franchise.I've purchased the freehold and will be building a hideous old trout farm + a dog walking gymnasium for young couples

....probably because it closed down about 2 months ago!We haven't been in Starbucks for ages...
Yeah, I know. I think I've only been in that one once just after it opened & that was probably the last time I used any Starbucks. I don't really like their coffee etc.....probably because it closed down about 2 months ago!
It just goes to show how little credibility Stafford’s shopping area has in the eyes of external investors, when a major building like that, probably the second largest shop floor space in the town after the old Co-Op, situated on the main shopping street, fails to even reach its guide price, and ends up having to be sold for the price of a small house.
