    The Mrs I have spent quite a bit of the last six weeks on holiday in France plotting an exit strategy in the event of Boris buggering it all up.

    Watching the first part of the BBC's documentary 'Rise of the Nazis' earlier this week what was interesting is that between 1930 and 1933 an incredible amount of wheeling and dealing that was going on in the upper echelons of the German government (at that point, still a democracy) during those years.

    Some of those wheelers and dealers faded away in 1933, some ended up in a newly created facility in Dachau, some took an SS bullet !

    Can't help but make comparisons with the current shenanigans going on over here.
