Strange how some witnesses saw people being cut out of a vehicle and others didn't.
A friend of mine put a silver Toyota Corolla into a garden in full view of a bus queue. I saw the witness statements and one said that it was a red Land Rover!
LOL incredible!
The car was there for the next three days, too. All of the statements had glaring errors in them.

If you ever do see anything, then write it down as soon as you can - and without talking about it, if you can manage that..

What caused the impact so powerful that a car ended up on its roof in heavy traffic..?
If you hit a kerb at speed it can happen.
Toble said a corsa ran a red light and hit a BMW. Witnessed by one of their drivers... The plot thickens...!

Or if you are really really fat and you lean too far out of the window when you are chucking away your McDonalds wrappers into the public highway

Or, if you go to a drive-thru in a flimsy pre-historic car and purchase some very large dinosaur ribs. I saw a video of this so it must be true!

dont think the corsa was quite doin 90 mph yeh he may have been goin over the limit but dont see that any body could do 90 mph over the asda round about in rush hour and not sure how it managed to flip over but i was amazed that nobody was seriously hurt and the worst thing was that the corsa airbags didnt even come out.

My source has been known to over-egg the pudding, as it were. But from what he said, the Corsa nearly had him off the road about 150 yds before the roundabout.

When i heard that a BMW was involved, I automatically thought that the driver of that car was to blame... until I heard that the other car was a Corsa.

i know what you mean it seems to me that the population of bmw drivers think they own the road but when it comes to corsa's you know its goin to be a little bad boy racer lol

I could start a long rant here about every car and the way you can expect the driver to behave, but that would bore people senseless. I'll shorten down to: Assume that every other driver on the road is either stupid, blind, a maniac, or all three.
To quote Doctor Ninestein: "Expect the unexpected".

I happened to be walking home and saw some of the clean up after the accident, and took a few photos:

They definitely stretchered a person from the accident and onto the Air Ambulance and then flew off (Northwards, perhaps to North Staffs?).
So I imagine someone was fairly seriously hurt in order for the helicopter to be involved.

Nice photos Vex. Did it happen by that Ambulance Station by ASDA? I would hope they met their response time target for that one!

Ha ha, you say that, but amusingly if they wanted to move equipment there in a vehicle (without breaking laws which to be fair they probably could do in an emergency) then they would have to go left out of the ambulance station and then either through town past the cinema, back up to kwikfit island and then down to the accident, or around past the BT place, up Eastgate St and onto the Queensway Island, down past Asda to the Kwikfit island, right round and back up again. :) :)

They could play the traffic light game too!

Thanks for the welcome. I'm unlikely to be a frequent poster, I tend to go for quality over quantity. :) But I'm sure I'll post occasionally (I have lurked here in the past).

Photo number two could have done with some kinda zoom lens in order to examine the contents of the washing line, not for myself of course.......
