Hmmm...now Delilah...i'm not entirely sure this is a good idea. although i intend doing a lot of work to the house and garden, i'd prefer not to reduce the place to a smouldering pile of rubble. I'm not doubting your fire control skills (well, i am), but i think we should stick to some fireworks instead!

You're gonna love it. Beach hut style bar, next to a glistening pool in the shape of the Ford! Not really sure what is possible as i don't know whether they'd sell us the land anyway. At present it's unused, so i can't see them having too much of an issue. Watch this space.

mate, fire's are an excellent idea. It's nearly bonfire night, so it's the time of year to be doing such things. I can understand your concerns about your house, but I was planning on the fire being outside so the chance of the burning the house down are pretty low.
