Ours appears to have been off and on several times in the past week, judging by the state of my alarm clock. Today was the third time I've had to reset it over the last few days.

My leccy didn't go off, however it affected most of my estate's virgin media tv and internet.
My friend was in Asda at the time and their own backup generators failed too, so staff had to "guess prices" and use calculators. My mate saved a good £20 on his shopping due to this - so not all bad news after all. ;)

Mine went off again, but this time for 4 hours this afternoon - 3:30 ish till 7:20. Seems to be on the increase! (we didn't get any for years now twice in 2 months!). Anyone know the cause?

I suffered the loss of "virgin tinternet" last time because of it, although our actual power remained on.
Not had any issue's today at all though. Are we talking about the same area then as before?
