With regard to "so what if there are" is the universal car park not private land? and if so do they have permission to be on there? if so then all fine and dandy, if not then they need to be moved on, its as simple as that. Personally I have no problem with travellers providing they follow the rules, which the majority seem to. Frankly though if a load of them pitched up on my private piece of land I would happily move them on, using any means necessary.
