They also gave us a letter saying the same thing.
It means basically I got the flight for nothing but given a choice I still would rather have got here with no delay...I'm only here for a few days.

B & Q sale on at the mo. Amongst other star bargains, they have loads of halogen old style bayonet fit light bulbs at 10p for a twin pack and lots of plain white plastic three pin electrical sockets also at 10p. Picked up a flat wire (for under carpets) telephone extension lead for 50p

Yesterday we got, about a million LED bulbs for 20p a packet of 3, a chunky winter throw for 50p & 2 extending drawstring curtain poles for 20p each.....none of which I knew about until mrLittleme arrived home from work....I wonder what he will bring tonight?

Yesterday we got, about a million LED bulbs for 20p a packet of 3, a chunky winter throw for 50p & 2 extending drawstring curtain poles for 20p each.....none of which I knew about until mrLittleme arrived home from work....I wonder what he will bring tonight?

Are they doing any offers on GU10 fittings ? I replaced 50 bulbs which were GU10 fittings (x50watt) bulbs with 4 watt LEDs last year. By my calculations these have already covered the outlay. I still have at least 100 bulbs to replace, but due to not really using these rooms often the break even point is far off. Ideally I want a bulb of the 3k sprectrum. 2.7k is too orange and 6k too blue. I find 3k a nice white it's crisp and clean.

That's spread around the kitchen and lounge. No need for additional heat in the kitchen the Aga takes care of that. No need for additional heat in the lounge the wood burner takes care of that.

It was GU10'S that we got (3 for 50p), but from the cannock store, not Stafford...
