The truth is that I can nearly see it from here and I have failed to investigate until today.

What's with the "his/her"? Are you implying something, ducky? I'm not sure if I'm prepared to receive your "x".

He can be a handy guy to know, old gramaisc!
Oh, no! You've given it away. Doh! And less of the "old". "Venerable" may be accepted, under certain circumstances.

I'll let you off this time and I may now be prepared to accept your "x" , on a cheek of my choosing.

Not yet. Although it does seem like it sometimes. And who knows what joys the future may hold?

Gramaisc, any good stuff in there for me?
Plenty of things made of wood. There is a tool chest that I am agonising over - but I would probably have to hang it from the ceiling for the foreseeable future, due to my current high-density domestic storage situation! Go and have a look - as if you aren't going to anyway.

Hope to go tomorrow, as my young man is off home!
Have you been? Or are you too busy baking?
No, to busy putting up a Christmas tree, and stopping kittens from un-wrapping presents!
In my experience, tying a a couple of pairs of mittens on their paws stops them.
Not only can they not claw open presents with the mittens on, they're too busy trying to get the mittens off.

I don't have any mittens, would small socks do?

Has anybody else Browsed yet? I'm thinking of having another look, but I don't want them to think I'm a stalker.

argh, i keep forgetting about this! i've got a new house to furnish, and wouldn't mind having a Browse, but it's so out of the way i keep forgetting to pop in..

i can't see it lasting much longer, bless 'em - it's hardly an ideal location for impromptu Browsing :(
