I don't know which co-operatives you're talking about... I am a member of Stafford Housing Co-operative and there is no one person in charge, we all make the decisions.

I don't know which co-operatives you're talking about... I am a member of Stafford Housing Co-operative and there is no one person in charge, we all make the decisions.
