i'm intrigued by a utilities provider, who are also an ISP? is it just that you work for them, so they provide you with interent access, or can they provide internet/gas/electricity to anyone?

Hi, Yes they provide all these services to anyone, I don't work for them I've just got my phone, broadband, gas and elec with them. Daren't post it again I might be shot!
