So far I'm not very impressed. Had my account set up for two weeks and they have no idea when they will be able to change over the gas and electric and doesn't look like the internet will be set up for another two weeks.

No, Phone went live in a few days, internet took about a week to send the new router. (I switched from cable though which apparentley is easier) Gas and electricity took about 5 weeks, had lots of begging letters from my previous suppliers to stay before it finally switched, I think it's the other suppliers dragging their heels, hope it's sorted soon.Furbal said:

I changed my gas/leccy over a month ago, only just got the 'please give me your readings' letter. Prob take another month or so

When we switched from BT to cable they took an extra month to cancel the line/internet and it took 3 months of dispute before they waivered the bill.
