A Model 3 will charge from 10-80 odd percent in 45 mins. Easily enough to get to the next charge station if you're on a long run (they're about 170 mile's apart). You'll also have a range in warm weather of about 340 miles and in cold weather about 300 miles. So I'm told.
I've driven my S as far a Budapest ish in more or less the same time it would take to get there in an equivalent petrol car. It's range is about 330 miles in decent conditions or 260 miles at euro motorway speeds.
