As stated on the website at the moment, demand has been huge. I'm currently taking advance orders for 20th April onwards which will be 14 week old hens. Deposit of £10 is required to secure your order and the balance payable on collection 20/04 or as soon as possible after that date.
If requiring more than 4 hens please get in touch first though.

The fox got all 11 of our hens on Friday night!

Is it legal to kill a fox if you catch it?

so busy at the moment, but still very much interested.

in regards to the fox, its legal on your land. Whats not legal is running them down with horses and dogs.

How did it get in though... maybe easier to fox proof your birds.

I got a long bit of wood around 6ft few inches thick. Then nailed on some little sticks/branches. around 5-10 inchs long. The chickens hop up the branches into there coop. Not scalable for foxes.

example, i think even a cat would struggle to get up, not that cats tend to bother them.
