There are rarely situations involving a 'danger' from masks, but there are some, very limited, exemptions. How are masks dangerous for some people when there is zero reduction in blood oxygen levels by waring one? Why are they dangerous for some people? Are there genuine cases where a mask could be dangerous?
Are bank robbers exempt from wearing masks?.......
"young children under the age of 11" - so how are we to know which "children under the age of 11" are "young"?There are rarely situations involving a 'danger' from masks, but there are some, very limited, exemptions.
You do not need to wear a face covering if you have a legitimate reason not to. This includes:
- young children under the age of 11
- not being able to put on, wear or remove a face covering because of a physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability
- if putting on, wearing or removing a face covering will cause you severe distress
- if you are travelling with or providing assistance to someone who relies on lip reading to communicate
- to avoid harm or injury, or the risk of harm or injury, to yourself or others
- to avoid injury, or to escape a risk of harm, and you do not have a face covering with you
- to eat or drink, but only if you need to
- to take medication
- if a police officer or other official requests you remove your face covering

There are many on FB bragging about refusing to wear one, refusing to fill in track and trace (or putting in fake details), basically a bunch of absolute cretins proving why the gene pool needs chlorine. The exclusions are so wishy washy almost anybody could argue they are legally exempt from waring one.
The very definition of Facebook. There are many on FB bragging about refusing to wear one, refusing to fill in track and trace (or putting in fake details), basically a bunch of absolute cretins proving why the gene pool needs chlorine.
I personally don't think we've even begun to understand the long term effects of this virus on the entire human world. Short of an almost immediate and effective vaccine, it's a slippery slope downward.
