In fairness to them, they mean all the other county shows. Most county shows across the country are on a circuit so all pricing decisions are taken by the central organisers who also get all the profits. They simply pay a percentage for the use of the various county show grounds and their facilities. That's why pricing is different for other shows at our county show ground.

Of course, that's of no help to you and no less unfair.

Three Counties Show, Malvern
"The Three Counties Agricultural Society does not wish to discriminate against visitors with disabilities, so the full admission rate will be charged. However, if a visitor has a full-time carer or attendant, a free ticket is available for them at the time of purchasing a standard price visitor ticket. This concession is only available by applying in advance, with supporting documentation"

Some years ago I started a new job based in Stafford, a few weeks before the county show, one of my colleagues asked if I'd got my free tickets and that my predecessor always got them. So, a couple of days later I called in at the admin offices at the showground, introduced myself, told them who I worked for and that I'd come for my complimentary tickets. They gave me one member and one lady member badges and a forward car park pass.
This went on for about four years before someone at the showground picked up on it and 'knocked me back'. When I mentioned it at work I was told that it was a wind up and that no tickets had ever previously been given to my predecessor.
