DIY Q&A - AKA: Sir Bod's Bodge it Jobs Advice

I recognise that I ask quite a bit of advice on here re: DIY, and hopefully I come across as grateful and thankful. So, rather than litter the forum with sporadic posts regarding stuff that needs doing, I thought it might be an idea to set a specific thread up instead.

I know there are dedicated DIY forums out there, and I do ask questions on those, but either your post gets lost amongst the volume of other posts, or everybody's an expert and you get far too much conflicting advice for even the most simplest of jobs. Plus, I do feel there's a 'family' (if dysfunctional) feeling about this forum that I like. :hug:

I hope this ok with admin?

I thought we'd all had enough of experts.

That being the case, Stafford Forum is the ideal place to be...
