Shame. I enjoyed going in Burtons but was always quite quiet in there. Couldn't they move somewhere else? Where is this mentality coming from, we'll up our rates coz we'd rather have no rent coming in and an empty property???

Indeed. I have now changed the title of the thread that Gramaisc so helpfully linked to, so that it is easier to find!
