Wetherspoons do an absolutely horrid attempt at this, that should be avoided at all costs.
A friend of mine is one of the 'chefs' there. The eggs arrive pre-cooked in a little plastic pouch...perfect to pop into the microwave for 30 seconds.Wetherspoons do an absolutely horrid attempt at this, that should be avoided at all costs.
As far as I'm concerned, you can't make scrambled eggs in a microwave. You can make fluffy, tasteless eggs in a microwave...but you can also make creamy AND fluffy scrambled eggs in a saucepan, in the same amount of time!If you microwave eggs (scrambled)
Not for 60 people in one sitting you can't.......but you can also make creamy AND fluffy scrambled eggs in a saucepan, in the same amount of time!
If you're offering 60 people scrambled eggs in one sitting then you're either going to be doing a staggered service, or you're a transport cafe where they don't care. Not for 60 people in one sitting you can't...
