Sorry about the half-arsed cake attempt, best i could do.

Not for want of trying - at least there was cake; half-arsed maybe but cake nonetheless.

Half an arse is better than none. Actually, I did have a good look for a cake myself, simply in order to humiliate anybody that made a half-arsed attempt - but I couldn't find one, and I left it too late to bake one myself..

It did cross my mind to commission a cake from our new 'crowberry' street cake suppliers (name of which sorrowfully escapes) and upload picture but by then it was much too late and anyway beyond my capabilities.
