Hospital referendum petition

This petition is for the Borough Council to discuss and call a referendum regarding Stafford Hospital services - see:

Much as I don't want to see services cut in any way, what will this actually achieve except extra cost for a referendum for the tax payer or a reduction in services in order to pay for it?

Hospital decisions are taken in Stoke and they, frankly, couldn't give a toss what the people of Stafford Borough want.

I dare say that most of the tax i pay is VAT.
