My pick of the article:

"The federation, which represents 130,000 rank-and-file officers, has published a dossier of "ludicrous" cases it claims are the result of Home Office targets.
The cases include:
# A man from Cheshire who was cautioned for being found in possession of an egg with intent to throw."

Who said romance was dead??

The Sun said:
Bride Julie Graham’s dream wedding was ruined by a string of disasters — ending in a mass brawl.

Julie, 35, and fiancé Kevin Magneron had been planning the ceremony for three years.

Divorced Kevin, 53, had proposed on one knee in Argos after buying a £50 Elizabeth Duke ring.
Full story...rather amusing

I was told the wedding of an ex of mine ended with the groom beating up his dad, while the DJ tried to distract the rest of the guests.

I wasn't there, unfortunately - my invitation must have got lost in the post.

Maybe it's for the best; I suspect I would have been subjected to a violent coughing fit as the vicar said, "If anybody knows of any just cause or impediment..."

I stand corrected :)

Reminds me of the time I brought some freshwater puffer fish for my aquarium. They were evil and kept chomping chunks out of the other fish so I put them in the tank with my albino frog. The next thing I know he's tried to eat one resulting in a similar situation lol
