These 3am wake ups are starting to get a bit annoying now!

Least its nearly Christmas and I have time off, a few lazy days and lie-ins might help recover a bit of energy

Decided to go to bed at 4 and still wide awake. Now I'm jealously listening to husband snoring.

Having a wide awake night - did try to go sleep - went bed - tried to switch off but remembered that I had heard something about the bus service being changed again and they were stopping all the ones to our area.

So got up read the updates on Arriva - says ours is no longer running, so fired off an e mail to the county councils transport dept. and Arriva to remind them of their duty to maintain a bus service for the pensioners and the disabled.

Planning the petition, the public meeting and the fight now. Good job I’m not tired

I have just noticed in the Exp and Star that there was a programme on telly last night ...itv 7.30pm called Why Can't We Sleep? I am sure it will be available on Catch up if you've got it. Apparently 1 in 3 are affected by insomnia.
