04.29am & the birdys woke me up :( Its just not fair, I've managed for quite a while to stay asleep till at least 06.00am.

Summer = bird noise, early light & heat = :(

@photography_bloke - you have been m-i-a for a while, hope you are (sleeping) well?

Aww, you missed me :)

Yeah, I've not managed to get on the forum much for a while, being no longer single is leaving me with very little free time!

Sleeping much better now thanks, feeling in a pretty happy place at the moment which is a big help - me and my OH do keep waking each other up in the night as we're both a bit fidgety (not an issue when you have the bed to yourself, but leads to multiple crashes when there's 2 of you!) but we both get back to sleep pretty quickly - although she also complains that I snore, which I've never known about....

Hope the birds settle down and let you sleep a bit in the mornings - they tend to start up near me as well at about 5am...

A rather simple assessment of sleeping patterns - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-27161671 - it claims that I am currently at my 'most alert, which is disappointing, but also proclaims that I am 'balanced'.
I'm not so sure about this....

18:00-20:59
Watch what you eat
Poor time to eat a big meal
Liver handles alcohol better

When on earth are you supposed to eat your big meal if you work all day? Plus, if I started drinking at 18.00 - I would be asleep before my big meal at 21.00!!!!!

Says I'm balanced too, but there wasn't a bit where you scream at someone "what the f**k do you think you're doing waking me up?"
I am not a morning, afternoon nor an evening person. I am more a let me sleep and I am nice, sort of person.
