Help.....want to load one of my holiday pics.....

Yes, as Andreas Rex says there are plenty of websites out there that can resize/crop/edit your picture for you. Just Google "resize image" or something similar; I'm sure you will find plenty of options.TheCreswellKid said:

On the subject of avatars and resizing and all that...
On my computer i have Nero PhotoSnap etc which is kind of just there. I have no idea how it got there but suspect that most people have, if not that particular package, something similar.
If you want an avatar from an existing picture of thine, doctor it accordingly with the image manipulating software that probably already exists within the depths of your computer.
Take the image in question, resize it within the 120x120 bounds, sharpen if necessary and save the manipulated image with its own file name - upload this manipulated image.
From the above it sounds like i'm technically able, which i really am not; it really is simpler than it sounds. Difficulties can arise if the initial image is particularly large, as quite a lot of detail can be lost in the shrinking - enough detail to give up entirely if you can't make it look just right.
In the case of TheCresswellKid above, if you are looking for an image that will probably be readily available somewhere wwwebly already, do a
image search and click on the 'Exactly...' option in the bar to the left and put in 'Width: 120 px', 'Height:120 px' click Search and you are more than likely to find a ready made image to use. You will still need to download this image to Your Computer, so you can Upload it to your Profile.
I get the feeling i'm waffling - it's easy really. Genuinely, if i can do it...
