How do I edit this?
seemed to keep the character of the building at least ,
Is nineteen-nineties-victorian-pastiche a character you particularly feel is worth preserving?

Why is this needed anyway ? I can only assume this is going opposite Sainsbury's / next to Iceland's loading area, seems a tad pointless. This is an interesting render

Last few years??I wonder if they will switch those "couple" of workers who have building that steel framed place for the last few years at the lights just prior to the Leisure place/Asda ?
Home bargains is staying as far as I know, they're building around it, and tbh, with the increased footfall to the area, it'll probably be rubbing it's hands with glee, so long as the landlord doesn't take the opportunity to increase rent !!So do we know what’s happening with Home Bargains and Iceland? Neither are terribly well placed so they may enjoy an opportunity to relocate...

Spot on mark, can't see anything negative in this. I doubt it will bare much resemblance to the pictures, and that part of town has little architectural merit in my opinion imho. More visitors, more shoppers in a part of 'ford which is dying (all ready dead?). I may be naive, but only reasently positve thing in that part of town has been Slater's & Howgarth's, which have of course built on the Butler's Bell & to a lesser degree, Nero's. Don't think Ibis cater or have a bar, so these current places will be rubbing their hands. Still want to sell BB Spoons?Great news.

They're not knocking the building down, just changing the inside...I doubt it will bare much resemblance to the pictures...
