You wait, today it's "rather nice" in a weeks time you will be desperate, skint and trouserless in the market square wearing a sign " will dance for Oakland' Cotton Candy grapes".
Tried that last night, the only thing I got was moved on by some jobsworth copper.

I've been thinking about it (and little else), and they have a similar, slightly-perfumey taste to that which you get with Pink Lady apples.

Not in the slightest bit reminiscent of cotton candy/candy floss, to be fair.
Oooo I love pink lady apples - stop trying to make me spend my gin money on grapes !!!

After a period of lax enforcement, there seems to be more attention being paid to the parking situation at Madford Retail Park.

The lad that is currently doing the surveillance seems a fairly sane character and parks his silver BMW in the angled spaces at the back of Lidl most of the time when he's there, thus getting the benefit of the available solar radiation..

Do they enforce if you go off the park? I find it very useful for quick trips to that end of town.

The current sign makes no mention of any conditions along those lines, although I didn't actually check it today.

Two hours, in a marked space and not abusing disabled/parent spaces, seems to be about it.

I suspect that it would be three hours before you got a note....

This is the last picture of a Lidl parking sign that I have.

Edit - This does, at a glance just now, seem to still be the current sign - on 4/12/2016.

I understand that there is a "You Must Never Leave*" condition at Dunelm, but I don't frequent that area..

* without taking your vehicle with you..

This one bugs me; going between The Range and Dunelm I've been slightly anxious about leaving the car at one and visiting the other, but not enough to warrant fetching the baby in and out of the car twice just to move my car such a tiny fecking distance.

Lidl have got all their ducks in a row.

They are each carrying an ID card which shows that feeding is permitted.

The Ducks I have in the garden at the moment must be psychic, when I am out cutting the grass they always know where I will be in 10 sec time and move to there. I end up with a Duck escort.

These chaps have worked out the best pitch - not right by the door these days, but nearer where people are loading vehicles, so that it is easier to persuade them to offer an item as things are lifted into boots - and on the path that pedestrians take, so that they can also be propositioned - and taking account of the vehicle movement areas, from a safety point of view, mostly staying on the block paving.

Lidl have a selection of Hallowe'en 'stuff'. These should be available at some point - keep your eyes peeled.

I went in a Lidl branch in Blyth Northumberland a few weeks ago. The store was light and airy, provided clean toilets, loads more stuff than the Stafford branch, it makes ours look like a dump.

Sainsburys in Chelmsford is a Bentley compared to Stafford's Morris Minor

A bit far to pop for a pint of milk though innit?

And the toilets are fine, not that I've made a study of this kind of thing.
