I've heard it's going to be a Fine Fare! They are going to paint the cladding outside orange, green and white like the one in Newcastle

hope they do not become so desperate that they go down that route. All that will do is move the problem of empty shops from one are to another, surely it's better to have somebody new to Stafford rather than a store we already have.

Get rid of sainsburys and put a mscp there and that would more than offset the loss of spaces due to the bypass taking the long stay spaces by the river

That's a tad unfair. Most of us are fully aware that we're helpless nobodies who hand over council tax knowing it will be misused.
