Malta used to be British, when they went their own way they kept many of the values that we as a country decided to discard. It's not particularly that they became better than us, more that we degenerated.

Had a fabulous night last night at The Ethiad Stadium.
Husbands birthday present to himself was taking him, me, son and girlfriend to watch a Champions league game in The Tunnel Club.

We all thoroughly enjoyed it, great fun watching the players walk right past us, then sitting near the ones on the bench.
Complimentary food and free flowing drinks in the Tunnel Club lounge, padded seats and all round great hospitality.

Ridiculously expensive but we did get value for money, Man City beat Schalke 7 . 0.
