On my way to work today, I've just seen what looked like a Sinclair c5, green, white & red in colour...

I was heading towards town and saw it coming over the bridge on Wolverhampton Road.

I nearly crashed my car into the traffic lights looking at it!

They do that. They also get caught in the tyre treads of articulated lorries. and cause nasty red stains on the rubber.

Keep going, don't think about how much you hate it, see it as a bridge untill something else comes along, and it will, just keep going & don't let it get you down.... We are all here if you need to vent.

The few kids I have met are amazing but the school itself is plain shocking.

I go in every day with the view to do my absolute best for the students but they are being failed catastrophically by the school itself which is so depressing!

I quite often hate my job (the hours, the pressure, situations, people, abuse) , but I absolutely love the majority of the people I work with (some will stab you in the back as soon as look at you) and some customers have made such a difference to my life & outlook, at the end of the day I'm still lucky to have a job as in the last year many others have lost their jobs.

Try to just think of the end result for you and hubby, remember the difference you are making to the kids you are in contact with (even if the school as a whole doesn't do much), for some kids you will be life changing, one single teacher can change a whole experience for some of them and make everything so much better.... Stop underestimating yourself, even the smallest pebble can make the biggest of ripples.

To my knowledge there are three working C5s in Stafford. I've had one in bits in the garage for a few years and have been steadily acquiring the necessary to get it fully functional again. It will be p Jr's project for Lockdown 4 when that happens.

I think I remember when C5s were introduced Freddie Sandy getting himself in a local newspaper with having bought one.
