tried to partake in some exercise, made me sick and had to go to bed for a couple of hours to recover, decided my days of exercising may be numbered. Big sigh and sad face.

Today I had 4 chocolate eclairs for pud and I put a spoon full of extra cream in each bite of them,
my wife gets really mad at me for not putting on any weight.

Went to Trentham Village and found a shoe shop where every single pair of shoes were reduced to £10.

Bought my niece the most ridiculous pair you have ever seen.......bright cerise pink with a 5 inch heel.

But if anyone is interested they had Dunlop pumps, crocs, ugg type boots all just £10.

Tried to immitate a Peewit

Visited three motorway services stations and realised that if my fellow visitors represent a fair cross section of the British today we are doomed

Haha, we were there on Thursday, love their silly shoes, but there's no chance I could ever walk in them - I would break me neck!

I gave up smoking 3 years ago today -yay me!

What did you use to smash the glass?
Apparently, you can also get emergency trousers in a similar format to fire blankets - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pneumatic-Anti-Shock-Three-Bladder-Emergency-Trousers-/170614168646 - no broken glass to contend with and I quite like the idea of three-bladder trousers, they sound very convenient for a good night out...

Good - I'm sure that he's really quite proud of the fact that you're fairly competent when let off on your own.

I felt sick yesterday driving home from my first visit to the gym in ages.Did go a bit mad though and did nearly 3 hrs to get my moneys worth :D

Decided today I need to do something serious about my fitness (Wouldn't believe looking at me now that I used to win prizes in races and Marathons!)
Embarrassingly realised how much weight I've put on when my old gym kit wouldn't stretch that far.... had to delve into hubbys t-shirt drawer for something to cover my tum :embarrass:

I couldn't even begin to think about going a gym, think i'd collapse just walking thru the doors. But i'm not as lazy as some, I use always walk over Sainsburys when I had wheels. I've seen a few from round here drive over. Time they've got in the car, started it up and manouvred the thing, it's quicker to walk.
