I made coffee with the Tassimo, noticed a dark coffee splodge in the foam on top, had a twiddle and created a pretty heart for the oh. He loved it but now is moaning it wasn't stirred
Get the tea spoon in there and give it a stir during the first half of the mug next time, you might just get away with it.
Had our tassimo T12 about a month now (on offer at Argos for £35 at the time, now £99!) - The wife only likes the Cadbury hot chocolate ones, and so far my favourite is the Carte Noir Caramel Latte. Mmmmmm

I have decided though that I'm sick to death of my hair. I used to be able to tie it back or put it up but I can't lift my arm to do that now and it's getting in the way and slightly dangerous, I got it trapped in something yesterday :( OH can do a serviceable bob which will have to do until I've squirreled enough money away to brave a hairdressers. Another plus, my lips are starting to look much better yay!
If you had a bad day yesterday, I hope you all have a better day today
Its definitely a roast dinner day today - we don't often have roast dinner on a Sunday as husband often works late - so we've got cottage pie tonight :)
I know what you mean about being sick of your hair though - I think its a spring thing too - everyone fancies a change....I'm going to use that colour stuff in a min, turn it back to its 'natural' colour - I'm just hoping its natural colour isn't Grey, especially as it says I can't use a permanent colour for 4 weeks after!

Wish me luck!

I'm being a moaning minnie again, about 10 travellers caravans went down to the bottom long stay on Doxey road around an hour ago. Rang 101, a single policewoman was sent to speak to them. I dread to think of the mess they'll leave yet again. I'm sure it was only last week 3 vans were shifted off the same car park.

Missed a golden opportunity on the chase yesterday - huge group of Deer at the edge of the road, but I didn't have a telephoto lens with me :(

Waiting with baited breath now @littleme I'll feel a tad responsible if it goes horribly wrong for you :shifty:
Haha!!! I'm not that daft - for once I thought something through & decided you might feel bad if it all went wrong on your suggestion - so I bought a different brand...(I was being a cheapskate too)...

Anyhow, who knew I was 50 shades of ginger?! It looks exactly the same colour as the woman on the box!

I actually quite like it, although the roots are lighter than the ends - at least it matches my eyebrows now!

I'll do the son/husband test - see if they notice....& I can always tone it down with some semi-permanent dye - its a hundred times better than the weird pink/red sheen it had to it before though! ;)

That's not bad, says she who would give owt be able put a colour on her hair and not have the ginger taking over still!

Planted 80 chilli seeds today, some in a heated propagator and some just in a normal one. Left it a bit late in the year really, should have got on this in January but forgot I had the heated one!

The first batch of fire water is in the demijohns, I shall be drinking my own Bacardi and coke and the missus her vodka in a weeks time.
I'd run out in December so must stock up this year.
And Shell island is open, so got to get the van stocked and ready for camping soon.
Busy busy busy!

I'm jealous... sod the courage to go on my own, I'd like the opportunity! ;)
I went to Blackpool on my own last year. I was terrified. It was also very boring, cos I couldn't/ wouldn't go out at night on my own, I stayed in the hotel playing bingo with all the grannies. Youngest says he won't go with me, so it's me Jack Jones.

Bless ya. You'd be alright though I'm sure. I always find people on Shell Island are very friendly. I've been several times, twice alone and on both of those occasions I've ended up sitting around a camp fire with complete strangers and had a fantastic time.

Used go every weekend when the kids were little, love it there. I'll go, have a nice time, take a radio etc. Loads to see in surrounding areas.
Got 2 weeks booked off in July, fingers crossed the weather will be nice.
